Black, OK tan head. Big coffee nose. Cold bitter coffee. Tastes just like it sounds. Stout made with honey and Starbuck's Dominican Roast coffee extract.

Amber...bright amber. Completely transparent. Thin head, could be the glass. Lots and lots of Cascades in the aroma. Not thin. Good sweetness. Hops are relatively benign. Just a little astringent. This is always a good solid beer...what you drink when the selection is weak. Draught blows the bottles away.

Clear, good head, red-amber. Brown sugar/diacetyl aroma. Medium-high carbonation and bitter like a Bitter. Very sweet start. "The Last Batch," I'm told.

Yellow opaque, lots of floaty bits, high carbonation, OK head. Nutty, slightly spicy aroma. Fairly clean start, tastes like an American Wheat, followed by nutty rye flavor and finish. Pretty good beer. "Unfiltered", "brewed with flaked rye", "Best before 1/29/97".
