This is a HUGE place! The parking lot was jam-packed at 5:30 when I visited on Saturday, but there were two parties going on in separate banquet rooms, leaving plenty of room at the bar.

How not to sell your beer:

Customer: "What beers do you have?"
Bartender: "We have homebrews, Bud Bud Light Heineken (etc) and homebrews."
Customer: "Bud Light."

      Amber-brown, good head. Big toasty malt aroma. Light body, mildly toasty, with intensely fruity esters, but a fairly clean finish.

      Deep dark red, thick head. Smells sweet and roasty. Big smooth creamy body, low carbonation, big roasty fairly sweet flavor. Roastiness returns in the mildly sweet finish.

      Golden amber, slight haze, thick head. Big spicy hop arome, with very slight DMS. Medium body, fairly high carbonation, BIG spicy hop flavor. Just mildly bitter all the way through. VERY tasty beer!

      Deep red-brown, good head. Lots of caramel aroma, fairly toasty. Medium-big body, big caramel and woody malt character. Mild hop flavor and bitterness.
