Pioneer does contract brewing for a huge number of breweries. The company was acquired by Sand Creek Brewing in 2004. Sand Creek closed their brewery in Downing and moved into these premises. They'll continue to brew all of the Pioneer brands.

      Bright yellow, good head. Smells sweet, with some diacetyl. Medium-light body, big malt flavor. Flash of bitterness right before the very clean finish.
