      Yellow, very high carbonation, thick head. Strong red apple aroma. Lots of apple flavor, lots of malt flavor. It's definitely a beer, not a cider.

      Dark golden, low carbonation, massive head. Cascade aroma. Good body, fairly bitter, moderate carbonation bite. Cluster hops from start to end and then some. Drying late.

      Very very very dark brown, thick tan head. Smoky, roasty aroma. (Served quite warm!) Thick, chocolately, fairly sweet. Some hoppy flavor and bitterness in the middle.

      Brown-amber, very high carbonation, moderate head. Some caramel aroma, some alcohol. Medium body, blast of alcohol, fairly fizzy. Thin caramel late, then quite drying.
