      Yellow, hazy, good head. Sweet, malty, sulfury, perfumey aroma. Light body, high carbonation like a Tripel. REAL interesting floral/"green-plant" flavor - remember eating grass when you were a kid?

      Black. Moderate dense tan head. Malty, roasty, dark-fruity aroma. Big silky body. Phenomenally malty and quite sweet without being overly sticky. Fairly roasty, with lots of vanilla flavor from 120 days of oak-aging. Nice big tasty complex strong beer.

      Milk chocolate. Coconut. Oak. Hint of dill.
      Mouthfeel (10)
      Thick, chewy. Really malty, toasty. Grassy and oaky. Coconut. Bready. Malty and oaky all the way through. The alcohol is there, but it's subdued, just a little warning at the end.

      Excellent complex smooth beer. "Bourbon Barrel-Aged Red Ale"

      Wood, sherry. Black cherries. Rodenbach, but not as tart.

      Thick, rich. Plenty of malt behind a subtle woodiness. Dark toast. Mild cherry fruitiness in the background. Very very mildly tart. Some roast in the surprisingly clean finish.

      Very interesting beer. Dragon's Milk with a small touch of Belgium.
