[Update]

Notes

Opened: 2006

Closed: 2007

Contributors: Elliott Spilker, Keith Collins

Keith Collins raves:

Two things:
1. They not only brew beer here they also sell it for consumption onsite. Very good beer by the way.
2. The cool thing about this place is they have equipment for people to brew their own beer here. I am currenty waiting until next week to come back and bottle the beer I made two weeks ago. I can't wait!
I would rate their beer up there with the Upstream Brewery, also in Omaha.

Unfortunately, Aksarben closed their doors on June 2, 2007.
