      Bright red, no head. Intense raspberry aroma with lots of Brettanomyces. Medium body. Very sweet with lots and lots of raspberry flavor.

      Amber-brown, moderate carbonation and head. Herbal hop aroma with lots of caramel malt. Medium body, big toasty biscuity malt flavor. Some diacetyl. Moderate hop flavor and bitterness.

      Amber, moderate head. LOTS of chunky bits near the bottom! Spicy herbal hop aroma. Medium body, huge herbal hop flavor and bitterness. Fair amount of diacetyl in the finish.
