Huge malt, some caramel. Quite a lot of alcohol.

Mouthfeel (9)
Big body, but not as big as you might expect. It's even a bit fizzy. Some malt character in the flavor as in the aroma. Really quite warming. Massive malty finish.

Deep golden, hazy with yeast. Huge creamy head. Banana aroma on top of sweet wheat malt. Medium creamy fizzy body. Very nice balance of wheat malt and bananas. Very nice Weißbier. I like to taste more cloves, but the balance here is excellent.

Deep brown-red, low carbonation and head. MASSIVE brown malt aroma, sweetish, woody, with some alcohol, and hints of spices like cinnamon. Big body, hugely malty. Moderate carbonation. Intensely warming. Wonderfully complex...chocolatey, malty, toasty, hoppy! "Vintage July 11, 1996, 24% Stammwürze". Thanks to Bill Winsand for the taste!
