The Filter Room is a tasting room/restaurant with 18 beers & ciders on tap, serving only Hawkes Bay Independent Brewery products. Set alongside the Brewery, amidst an apple orchard, The Filter Room has tasting trays of 6 self-selected choices, seating outside and live music in weekends over summer.
