      Deep yellow, lots of yeast, very high carbonation, big thick head. Lots of wheat malt aroma, yeasty, with a hint of banana. Light creamy body, fizzy. Big wheat malt flavor, with cloves in the finish. Very mild, as Hefeweizens go.
