  Big and smooth, with just enough carbonation. Richly malty, dried out a bit by the alcohol. Lots of plum-raisin maltiness, especially in the finish.

  Rich strongish beer.

Medium-big body, smooth. Dark and malty, but with an odd fruity, almost phenolic pepper character that takes over the finish.

Light body, smooth. Mildly sweet, fairly grainy. A little DMS. Very mild floral hop flavor, very low bitterness.

Yellow, opaque. It would probably have a big creamy head, except Minnesota bartenders fill the glasses right to the rim.

Banana peel. Smoke.

Mouthfeel (8)
Light body, really fizzy. BIG banana flavor all the way through. Clean wheat malt, nicely bready. Grassy, banana finish.

Overall Impression (2½)
Tastes a lot better than it smells!

Mosaic dominates.

Big body, smooth. Darkly malty with a big citrusy hop flavor. Reasonably bitter. Roasty and floral in the finish.

Massive pine and grapefruit.

Mouthfeel (8)
Medium-big body, moderate carbonation. Huge grapefruit-and-pine hops, really quite bitter. Dark caramel, biscuity malt background. Finish is all about the hops, with a nutty rye note.

Overall Impression (2½)
Really hoppy, but well balanced. "Red Rye IPA"
