Doesn't look like much from the outside. Lots of great beer on the inside. They don't brew on-site, but they collaborate with Central Waters, DOG, Against the Grain, and others. Scheiß Bier kann tödlich sein!

      Aroma (3½)
      Spicy hops. Dark fruit, dark caramel.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Thick and smooth. Malty, with a huge grassy-spicy hop flavor and bitterness. Lots of caramel, but not overly sweet.
      Overall Impression (2)
      Real close to Thomas Creek Up The Creek.

      Medium body, really fizzy. Grassy malt — rye? Fruity hop flavor, medium bitterness, especially in the finish.

      Grainy.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Medium-big body, creamy. Sweet malt, dark caramel. Hint of banana, mild hint of whiskey. Some coconut.
      Overall Impression (2½)
      Subdued yet complex strong beer. Brewed at Central Waters as a Weizenbock, fermented with Abbey yeast, and aged in bourbon barrels.
