2007-06-11: Reader Glenn Darling provides this report:

Brewery in name only, am afraid. Not brewing after almost a year open. The chef is taking brewing classes via Internet to learn how to, so that may be interesting - bad interesting. Originally they were being consulted by 2 brothers who graduated from Siebel Institute/Doemens Academy in Munich Diploma'd World Brewing Academy, but, no longer. Not sure what happened, bartenders did not know, but figure it was chef wanting to brew himself. Currently, Miller Lite, Bud Light, Blue Moon on tap, and Miller and Bud lighted signs in bar area, and no word on when or if they ever will brew.

They are in process of selling equipment. Now only 2 taps from Bent River, rest are from Bud or Miller. Bottles mainly Light beers from various industrial breweries (Corona, Miller, Bud, Coors) Usual culprits.
